Also, I forgot to mention my biggest tip which is to get a prescription for Ondansetron (Zofran) for nausea! I recommend taking it when you take your shot so you can get ahead of the nausea and avoid it at all… the person who prescribes your GLP-1 can give it to you and its maybe like ~$15 and soooo worth it.
One time I got really bad nausea and had to go get a shot of Zofran in my ass at urgent care so I could board a plane for work soooo don’t be like me and make sure you have some on hand!
